Ground Bison

Whether you order our delicious loose ground or our patties, it will be a treat. Our very lean product will enhance any recipe that you have that calls for ground meat. The low fat content means a meal that has more protein, less shrinkage and better flavor. Our loose ground is vacuum packaged, not in a tube so that the product is not compacted, losing some of the texture.

Patties are perfect for those impromptu get-togethers. They require little time to thaw and can be ready for the grill in minutes. These lean patties mean a fuller bun. We make our patties thicker than the normal quarter lb patties.
