Niobrara Valley Bison is a lean meat that
has fewer calories and fat than all the other major
sources of protein. It has almost twelve times as many
grams of protein than fat. Bison has more protein per
calorie than any other meat or meat substitute.

place of other meats can lower LDL cholesterol levels
by 40% over six months. Bison is versatile. It can be

Bison has a favorable amount of Omega-3
acids. Extensive studies have shown that Omega-3 acids
reduce inflammation and can help to prevent heart disease

Conjulated Linoleic Acid found in Bison
has been touted as a cancer fighting agent. Various
